We are looking for a technically driven Project Engineer who enjoys engineering challenges, customer interaction, and hands-on project execution in fast-paced industrial environments.

This is not a traditional desk engineering role. You will work directly with advanced inspection technology, high-speed packaging lines, and real-world manufacturing applications while collaborating with customers and engineering teams internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, specifications, and production applications to develop optimized technical solutions
• Create technical proposals, layouts, integration concepts, and performance specifications
• Support integration of HEUFT systems into new and existing production lines
• Coordinate technical activities with customers, sales teams, service teams, and engineering counterparts in Germany
• Assist with application testing, project planning, troubleshooting, and startup support
• Participate in FATs, customer meetings, site evaluations, and technical project reviews
• Support customers in solving complex manufacturing and quality assurance challenges
• Represent HEUFT USA at trade shows and industry events when required

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in (Electrical / Mechanical) Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics
• Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Interest in industrial automation, manufacturing systems, and packaging technology
• Experience with AutoCAD, controls, packaging equipment, or inspection systems is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally (~10% / year) to customer sites and training locations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $87,500.00 per year
