Junior Inside Sales Associate – Entry Level Trainee – Brick, NJ

This is an entry-level sales position, no experience is necessary, we will train the right person.

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential clients.

Job Summary:

• As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for prospecting and building relationships with business owners
• Your primary focus will be contacting potential clients, identifying their hiring challenges, and introducing our custom hiring solutions.
• The successful candidate will be a persuasive communicator, adept at handling objections, and passionate about helping small businesses thrive despite financial difficulties.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our services
• Qualify leads and identify potential customers' needs and requirements.
• Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Continuously enhance industry knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
