Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Mid Level AV Programmer/Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative AV projects, providing installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for a variety of audio visual systems. You will play a key part in ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality solutions while expanding your technical expertise

Duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Program and troubleshoot control systems (Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp).

· Configure DSP systems and perform audio tuning and AEC optimization.

· Commission AV systems including testing, validation, and troubleshooting.

· Support field installation and act as field engineer when required.

· Configure IP-based AV systems and support network integration.

· Maintain documentation including as-builts, reports, and programming notes.

· Collaborate with project teams, engineers, technicians, and clients.

Minimum Qualifications

· 3–5+ years of AV programming, field engineering, or commissioning experience.

· Hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, QSC, and Biamp,...etc

· Strong understanding of signal flow, control systems, and DSP platforms.

· Ability to troubleshoot and commission integrated AV systems.

· Experience reading AV drawings and documentation.

· Experience with Shure, Yamaha, Cisco, Poly, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms.

· Knowledge of Dante, AVoIP, VLANs, and networked AV systems.

· CTS or CTS-I certification is preferred.

· Manufacturer certifications (Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp,…etc).

Travel Requirement: 50%

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
