What You'll Do

• Serve as the welcoming first impression and friendly farewell for every patient
• Answer multiple telephone lines professionally and efficiently
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with confidence and accuracy
• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized patient interactions
• Manage front desk operations and daily administrative tasks
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and office correspondence
• Monitor inventory levels and place office supply orders
• Utilize strong computer and keyboarding skills to support office efficiency
• Assist with maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the day
• Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure an outstanding patient experience

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Keyboarding speed of at least 40 WPM (covered keyboard test required)
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• College education
• Previous dental, orthodontic, or medical office experience
• Experience with patient scheduling and front office operations
