In addition to ongoing manufacturer training and certification, the Avidex team participates in industry training such as AVIXA's CTS programs and Project Management Institute's PMP certification. This training enables us to assess and recommend the best industry practices and assures our expertise with all major manufacturing lines when considering options for our clients.
Industry associations provide and document standards for best practices, including those registered and managed by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Building Industry Consulting Service International, Inc. (BICSI). The Avidex team not only keeps current on these standards but is directly involved in the development, maintenance, and training others on these standards. Being a part of the development of industry standards keeps the Avidex team current.

By knowing the details of these key manufacturers’ equipment, Avidex can provide complete support and provide our clients with the confidence that the equipment is installed and maintained correctly.
Avidex, as an organization, is a Silver level participant with the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (Avixa). This indicates the commitment to the industry's preeminent association and the training and standards they provide. Many of our staff also hold Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certifications from Avixa with a significant number, also holding advanced certifications for design (CTS-D) and installation (CTS-I). Several Team Members also hold ISF Commercial certification from the Imaging Science Foundation and PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
