Established in 2023, POWER for Good is on a mission to unleash the philanthropist in every POWER person. Built on the core belief of democratized giving, this initiative provides every employee with a voice and choice in shaping the entirety of POWER’s philanthropic efforts. Since our people made giving back at this scale possible, we firmly believe they should have a say in how we care for our communities.
Volunteer Time Off:

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation:
In addition to putting employees at the center of our giving, once a year, we activate our POWER people across the country to help raise donations for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation - the leading funder for pediatric cancer research. ALSF became a partner in 2011, and since then we’ve raised over $12.8M all from the generosity of our employees.
