One way our leadership team demonstrates MedVet’s core values of Teamwork, Leadership, and Compassion is by emphasizing their professional and personal development. The Jupiter team meets monthly to discuss various topics to facilitate idea inspiration, motivation to act and accountability. Their goal? To coach their teams in providing quality, compassionate care to ensure MedVet is leading specialty healthcare for pets! Most recently, Hospital Director Jennifer Laessig led a discussion about the book “Extreme Ownership” by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin. The book highlights the importance of taking accountability in fostering a culture of growth and learning for frontline leaders, focusing on the team's collective success....Show more
