Description Miter began with a simple idea: running construction payroll shouldn’t feel like stubbing your toe. No one likes stubbing their toe, and as it turns out, no one likes running payroll on software from the 1980s.
It took some elbow grease and a significant number of burritos eaten while driving around California to find our first customers, but once we did, we worked hard to deliver for them. These customers rewarded our hard work by telling their friends about us, who in turn told their friends. Fast forward to today, and 700+ contractors across the US use Miter to eliminate manual work and connect their HR, finance, and operations teams in one platform.
