      • Pay is very fair for a Private School. (Let's be real education is an underpaid field) • The kids are challenging but rewarding • Most of the staff cares so much. • There are supportive administrators.

      Cons

      • Dealing with behaviors can be tricky • Low Paid Time off allotment as with most education jobs.

      Amazing staff and supervisors who truly appreciate you and everyone else working hard for our students. Great pay Lots of prep time Couldn’t see myself anywhere else

      Small class sizes, collaborative teams, great staff and students! Room for growth and willingness from all staff to help, support, and provide extra training/clarification when needed.

      Cons

      The school is growing so you must be flexible with the changes that comes from that growth.
