      Pros

      Working at ACES ABA was a meaningful experience where I was able to make a positive impact on the children and families I worked with. The training provided a strong foundation in behavior therapy, and supervisors were generally supportive and available for guidance when needed. I gained valuable experience in data collection, documentation, and working as part of a team. The job helped me develop patience, communication skills, and professionalism in a structured environment.

      Cons

      More guidance and support from the supervisors would have been helpful. Definitely get thrown into a lot of sink of swim scenarios while on the job with little to no guidance.
