      Pros

      Implementing interesting client projects, you feel that you do something valuable for the clients. Also culture of the company is really great, colleagues are helpfull. I am happy I can enjoy work life balance, it is true that there are some peak months that it is more difficult but in general and due to good management with planning skills it is quite balanced, at least in my team.

      Cons

      It is more difficult to progress to the next level due to corporate stucture and culture but i hope we will get there.

      Salary, benefits package, bonus structure, leadership doesn't care about work life balance
