Pros

Great resources available for Self-Development Self-Development and career progression strongly encouraged and supported Management is approachable and open to feedback EXCELLENT health benefits/EAP

Cons

Long commute for me, but worth it Quickly changing industry, so AFL makes changes to stay up on current customer demands - not a negative con, just something to keep up with

Great Place to Work

Pros

Part of a new position at the location, but not new to the company. I have learned a great deal while working alongside the Manufacturing and Process Engineers. OT is voluntary. Great co-workers on the production team.

Cons

Compared to AFL's other locations, Kent is smaller. Short notice on working overtime during the day and sometimes on weekends.
