The culture is just phenomenal! Even after 13 years of employment I continue to be impressed by the way my colleagues and leaders encourage collaboration and connection for the greater good of our communities and professional and personal development. The work is extremely rewarding! We get a chance to impact patient care from our desks! My leaders consistently look to bring out the very best in me and celebrate it.

I have loved working here and I don't plan on leaving as long as the current leadership stays. In the corporate world its hard to find a company that you genuinely feel cares for its employees. AMN pushes me to do my best while providing opportunities to advance. I actually wake up every day and don't dread working. Every time I have excelled or gone beyond it has been recognized. The CIO Mark Hagan is not just a business minded person. He is very approachable and very technical minded. He doesn't just manage IT he actually understands it. The CEO Cary has consistently shown she cares about everyone in the company. Since joining I have met so many people that have been here for 20 or more years because its a place you don't want to leave. Its actually strange to hear if anyone leaves because its so rare in my experience. My direct management all the way up the chain have invested in me and I have grown in my expertise and talent because of it. The work culture is also very good. If you have a doctor appointment or need to drop off your kids they work with you. They also do everything they can to keep employment providing job stability especially if you care about your job and want to provide value. They have an approach with AI that I think is the right way to empower the company. Instead of cutting people and replacing them with AI they are training everyone up and providing them with AI tools to enhance their job capabilities and efficiency.
