      Retired. No exit review. No thank you for your 13 years of service . No retirement goodbye bonus for the past 13 years since had not received a bonus in at least 8 years. I had a great GM. But corporate help was terrible and very micromanaging. They only think about themselves not the employees!

      back2back calls, micromanagement. Favoritism.

      Rotating weekends Weekly pay Commission

      Cons

      Sooo much playing favorites opportunity and promotions are based on who your friends with not performance No autodialer for outbound calls! Outbound lists and extra bonuses go to the same CSRs every day. inbound calls can be back to back while half the staff is in outbound taking up to 10 min between making calls No incentives for meeting metrics
