Long hours, early mornings, late nights

Very few leads, low commissions, overpriced product, 13 hr days, 12 day work weeks, high expectations, big disappointment.

You are expected to do the work of multiple departments at the rate of pay for just one person. They fire entire departments and just let the work get absorbed by everyone else. No bonuses, no commission, no raises even though the money is there. Sexism runs rampant. Management will only tell you what they think you’re doing wrong without any mention of what you do well.

Long hours. Unpredictable schedule daily, “on call” position, appts added same day with no notice & no control over rescheduling, very often calls are added & expected to be run as late as 7-8pm and don’t get home till 9-10pm. Income / commissions can be very seasonal based on demand. Very high pressure sales tactics, opportunity to follow-up is pretty much ruined before you leave any appt

there's no career opts at all in the office or management unless someone's fired barley growing

Will write you up for the simple inconvenience will demand more during the slow season

Above and the terrible leads and lies they tell themselves and you read the other reviews guys I sure wish I would've first no technical sales relationship nothing more than listening and not able to reply or suggest anything and the guy over me was needing something maybe time to retire idk

Extreme micromanagement, constant price increases, 12-14 hour days are the norm even when not busy, always on call, management can’t do anything to help or make decisions because they are all made at the corporate level, everything you do is recorded

The salary is awful and partially commissioned. You get blamed for people skipping out on interviews. You get blamed for the lack of diversity in the applicant pool. You get blamed for people quitting a sucky position to begin with.
