Cons

Corporate outfit. Gets rid of good managers just as we get used to them. Definitely looks out for the corporation over its employees.

Flexible schedule and decent pay, remote work was allowed

Cons

Poor healthcare relative to other corporate jobs. Short term thinking led by PE need for returns and unreasonable budget expectations. Old guard entrenched.

Pay is opportunities is great.

Cons

Management is terrible. Constant changes to how the “policy” is supposed to be. They have no respect for work life balance. Overworked constantly.

As a 24/7 emergency home services provider, there are times when the pace is demanding. When families lose heat in the winter or air conditioning in extreme temperatures, our teams step up in a big way. That said, we understand that intense seasons can impact work/life balance. We work intentionally to balance those peak periods with slower seasons, flexible scheduling where possible, and PTO policies designed to give employees time to recharge. We are also continuously evaluating processes and communication to minimize unnecessary policy changes and improve consistency. Thank you for all you do!

Pay was decent mostly just equipment swap out

Cons

Everything with duct board they don't if u worked all day and night they give u a job the next morning and have u come in early just to sit around for hours to be waiting for a job to go thru
