Pros

The people I worked with during my time at ARS were some of the most down to earth people I have ever met. Everyone felt like the company was their "baby" in some way and they took pride in their jobs. It was very inspiring to see.

Cons

I was disappointed with the management for the project I was working on.

PTO doesnt start until 7 months of employment

Pros

Good pay. Easy to get assistance when needed. Training is becoming more structured. Love the new call center desks break room etc. 24 hr building so lots of flexibility with schedules. Most people are down to earth.

Cons

Call center ops!!!!! Management is overwhelmed. Amanda is one of the kindest and fair call center managers I’ve ever met. As usual higher up management is so very out of touch. Processes changes at last minute or none were set to begin with. Upper management doesn’t actually care about the people that work for them we’re just a number. Super unprofessional environment. A very REACTIVE company.

Pros

Amazing culture, Family vibe. Joey and Cindy were the best managers ive ever had. Sucks i had to move home for family reasons.

Cons

Working Saturdays were not fun. Work life balance was not so good.

Decent pay good people to work witj

Cons

Retired. No exit review. No thank you for your 13 years of service . No retirement goodbye bonus for the past 13 years since had not received a bonus in at least 8 years. I had a great GM. But corporate help was terrible and very micromanaging. They only think about themselves not the employees!

Pros

Uncapped commission, company vehicle and gas provided, people you work with at the branch level are great

Cons

Extreme micromanagement, constant price increases, 12-14 hour days are the norm even when not busy, always on call, management can’t do anything to help or make decisions because they are all made at the corporate level, everything you do is recorded
