      Toxic culture with worst management and worst leader

      None at all to be called as Pros

      Cons

      Everything you can think of is a con. The top management( So called Top 3) is worst anyone will ever find and none of their words or decisions have any value. Its toxic to sky, rotten culture and worst environment. If this doesnt help, make sure to talk with 2-3 exisiting employees before you join. They derive pleasure by firing people once used for a few months.

      Pros

      Good compensation and benefits. Strong exposure to fast-paced projects, talented colleagues, and opportunities to learn and grow. It was a good environment for building experience.

      Cons

      The pace could be demanding, and workload levels were high which could affect work-life balance.

      Good colleagues to work with. good food and hell lot of parties.

      Zero Job Security: You can be let go overnight with no explanation. Constant Pivot Fatigue: Management doesn't know what they want. They plan for three months but change their minds every 14 days. Leadership Issues: The CEO tends to break things when you get the momentum. Performative Culture: It’s not about what you do; it’s about how you’re perceived. If you aren't "seen" doing the work, the work doesn't count. Non-Existent Feedback Loop: There is a "brick wall" when it comes to employee input. Suggestions to improve processes or stabilize the roadmap are ignored, leaving no room for bottom-up improvement
