      Great money, management was good, truck was always maintained

      Not Arces fault but when it snows you work a ton of hours with no rest.

      Pros

      Everyone at Acres Group and the additional divisions are really good people who are respectful and nice to work with. This is something you don't always find in today's working world.

      Cons

      Mother nature makes it difficult to plan and you have to be flexible. No two days are the same.

      From the moment I spoke with the HR Recruiter to the moment I walked in on my first day, I could feel how friendly, respectful and genuine everyone was. Acres Group is a real family friendly company that treats everyone as they want to be treated. The culture is positive, trustworthy and hardworking. Acres Group values teamwork, accountability, personal and professional growth and its commitment to its customers and it definitely shows. Overall it’s a really great place to work!

      Acres Group has many goals and objectives it wants to accomplish each year, staying focused is challenging when mother nature has other ideas. Continuing to be accountable will keep us on track!
