Pros

Nothing good to say about this company at all

Cons

The most dishonest and incompetent people I have ever worked for. They treat employees like indentured servants, begrudge any benefits of any kind and will cheat employees and customers out of money at every opportunity. Quite amazed that the owners and management are out of jail, let alone at liberty to run a company.

Pros

At least you have a job.

Cons

Starting with pay. Very poor for the hours you have to work in management. I was working 100+ hours a week in the summer, and at least 70 hours a week in the winter. With no additional pay, it becomes very hard to understand why you even come in at all. Insurance has ok coverage I guess. I don't actually know because it costs $250.00 a week. That was half of my paycheck. I could not afford it. Before I left I know they were making cuts to the insurance coverage and premiums were going up. Honesty is a problem. I remember the first time I was told to lie to a customer and to an employee. I was told to lie about if the store manager was even there. If you lie about something that small why would you not lie about the rest? Refunds is another issue. If you over pay for the services for some unknown reason then forget about getting a refund for a couple of months and about 20 angry phone calls. I was instructed not to give a refund at all. Insurance issues. $0.60 per pound per item is just ridiculous, but it is the state minimum. What is really bad is the fact that if some one does file a claim, as a manager it is your job to argue with the customer until they give up all together or take less than that. If you noticed I did say STATE MINIMUM. If you think that you are going to get your foot in the door and get a promotion, think again. If you are doing a good job and playing by the rules the want you to follow, then you got yourself a genuine pair of golden handcuffs. They will promise you a promotion. Then when you call back in to double check on when you are going to be moving for the promotion so that you can sell your house and uproot your family they will conveniently have some type of huge emergency at corporate until you stop calling. Forget about emailing too. They will not respond to any of them for you. If you have any disabilities that prevent you from lifting don't even think about being a manager. You will spend so much time on the trucks because of the lack of discipline in the employees. Employees, should say bosses, they tell you if they are going to work and if they will take the job you need them to do. Fire them right? Wrong I fired some one for physically threatening me. The GM then called me, chewed me out and told me to give him the job of his choosing. So if you get gutted like a fish I guess they will finally give him a stern talking to. Family time.......they advertise as a family owned and operated business. The reason this statement is true is due to the lack of family time you spend with your wife and kids. Stay there long enough and All My Sons will be the only family you have left.

Pros

I started at All My Sons in Dallas, TX at the call center 6 months ago. While I was in training, the management told me about all the room for growth and they like to promote from within. Initially, I thought they were just telling me this so I would work hard and make them money because that's what every other company I've worked for said to me. After my first month I was one of the top producers. I was at work every day and accepted overtime every time it was offered. 5 months later I was offered a promotion to move to Denver, CO to be a sales manager. It was double the pay, with opportunities to earn a decent bonus every month based on performance. Plus, I get to move to Colorado! Point being, this is an amazing company to work for. The management is extremely caring for every person they hire and will make sure your needs are taken care of. There is so much room to grow here, as the company is only getting bigger every year. All My Sons paid for my entire move to Denver. I now work for Vic, who is probably the best boss I have ever had. Great guy and cares for his employees like we're family. Hard work pays off! *Commitment to employees *Potential to make good commission *Room to grow *Honest with customers and employees *Great staff *Friendly/Fun environment *Endless possibilities

Cons

-Lack of communication -Short staffed in management at call center -No PTO -Long working hours (depending on position)
