Overtime rates of x1.5 and x2.0 can take your salary to over £40k pa 1-hour paid lunch break on 8-hour shift 2 x 1-hour paid lunch breaks on 12-hour shift Senior Management are very approachable, respectful, considerate, and reasonably minded. Personally speaking, I quite like the company and enjoy the work,
Cons
Some jobs are extremely dirty and hot. Some work days can be extremely physically demanding. 3-shift pattern (Mon - Fri) may not suit everyone's domestic circumstances.
