      Pros

      - Close-knit team; everyone (from hardware to software to testing to ops) works together to get tasks done. - Product safety is a top concern and is not just given lip service. - Company is positioned well to grow in both commercial and defense markets. - Upper management cares about their employees as people. - "Unlimited PTO" is not the usual scam of hoping no one takes it. It is well utilized (in the engineering department, at least).

      - Usual growing pains seen when transitioning from a startup to a small business.

      Paid well at $21 an hour

      Cons

      Fired 13 people out of the blue to make the board happy. Had a lunch perk, cut that too. After increasing the work load by alot, was told "if you can't handle it" then there isn't a place there for you. Not enough time to use the bathroom as you are doing several dog walks in a half hour. No room for growth. Attempted to move into another department and basically got silence.
