      Pros

      Good 401k, good vacation time/sick/personal, etc.

      Cons

      New COO extremely clueless in how to lead, her two minions the Clinical compliance directors same issue. We had a therapist leave because he found out who the COO was.

      Pros

      I worked for the company for quite sometime. When I first started it was pretty good and they actually seemed to care about their employees. Now that Uma is in charge you can expect to be walking on egg shells all of the time. The corporate robots are all nasty people that cannot be trusted. Be prepared to rip that knife out of your back. These people should be in jail for the risk they put their staff and residents in each and everyday!

      We are very saddened to read your review. Athena was established in 1984 and has a great reputation for not only the care of our patients and residents, but of our staff. From "Taking Care of our Own" (our employee "sick" fund) to the many employee recognition programs we run in our centers to our outstanding benefits, we believe we are not only a great place for our residents to live, but for our employees to work.
