Good people work there extremely under paid. Poverty level wages

Cons

1% raise a year. Very top heavy company. The top executives make all the money the people who actually do the work get scraps. Awful stressful environment. Pushing for productivity all the time uncaring ruthless.

I have met the CEO and he seemed nice.

Cons

You have the ability to earn a good amount of PTO, but you get punished for using it. Even when given audio recordings HR does nothing about how horribly management treats the employees. The pay is TERRIBLE. You are expected to work on your lunch break. There really isn't anything nice I can say about this company, leaving was the best thing I ever did!!

This company imposes a ridiculous amount of work on one person and refuses to compensate employees for their dedication and hard work. They survey employees yearly to temperature check employee satisfaction, but it's all a formality. No real change results from employee complaints.
