-Way to top heavy, seems there is a Project Manager or V.P of just about every niche...ridiculous.
-The company is weak technically as most staff is young and inexperienced. -There is a gap of senior technical people.
-managers have very little integrity more interested in picking away at anyone who challenges them. If you are interested in working there stay in the the shadows and collect a check do not try to offer your experience or experience as there are senior managers who do not like to be challenged.
-be aware this company is employee owned with private company stocks. In this company it means the dividends are more important than staff.
-The company has a wall of fame which in truth has no value except to prop up the younger employees with faux recognition, its an old method to draw loyalty from younger staff members.
-the company is not diversified enough as they pursue facilities/industrial architecture with an segregated health care department which is territorial. This means the company is subject to cyclical upset and downs, (zero job security).
-you will not participate in any design charettes because designs are minimalist and territorial.
-you will be an automaton in a cubicle.
-The company processes to cover the employees and the younger ones they do but if you are senior this is NOT a company that can offer you any more than a temporary paycheck.
