      Pros

      Excellence is a word I would use to describe, the company and its employees. Although this is a small company, everyone exudes excellence. There constant team work in all departments even when there is disagreement.

      Cons

      As a small company it is hard to get promoted within the company unless someone leaves or retires.

      Relatively flexible work schedule, no qualms about medical or child care issues, Semi- Family oriented mentality, fairly friendly attitude.

      Cons

      Nepotism is apparent, no raises or bonuses. promoting from within is limited, managers need better training to lead their people,
