Great pay, benefits, staff and overall work environment. Room to grow in the company. Head of school is so kind and truly cares about the staff and students, strict but kind and definitely takes the job seriously. I absolutely love that about this location. I've never been at a job where they actually care about you as an employee. I found my dream job!!!!!

Cons

Lots to learn being that it is a new company. Needs to inform teachers how important it is to follow the Montessori Methods. They don't take it seriously. Not sure if the children are actually learning anything. Afraid of it becoming a typical daycare.

Pros

Pros include benefits, salary, diversity among employees, the ability to work with great people who are passionate about helping children, and doing work you love.

Cons

This job is A LOT of work. You will need to wear several different "hats." Since we are still in a start-up phase (about 400 employees as of this post), you may not have the bandwidth to do all that is requested of you (or you may get spread "too thin."). Make sure you are candid with your manager, set realistic expectations, and take your time off as needed.
