“Very toxic work environment with extremely high work pressure and unrealistic expectations. Employees are expected to work beyond limits with comparatively low pay and very poor work-life balance. Management lacks professionalism and employee concerns are rarely taken seriously. Job security is also a major issue — employees can be fired anytime without proper communication or support. Overall, not a healthy place for long-term career growth.
