      Work/Life Balance Profit Sharing Blevins Inc has an exceptional management team that truly cares about its employees. From day one, I have felt heard, valued, and supported in my role. The open-door policy encourages communication, and managers are always willing to listen to ideas, feedback, and concerns.

      Great culture, growing company, great products, positive work environment, work-life balance, flexible work schedules, great leadership team that drives us too success, up to date computers and software, benefits and perks are top notch. Outstanding coworkers who treat each other as family. Lots of learning opportunities. Unlimited FREE coffee!!

      Vending machine could offer healthier snacks. Parking spaces at corporate could be expanded to accommodate large vehicles,

      Blevins- Pros and Cons

      Pros

      Blevins is a private and family-owned company that has been around for about 50 years, and it still feels like a close-knit community. There are awesome opportunities to grow, the pay is fair, and I have a great balance between work and life.

      Cons

      I did have issues with getting ahold of IT in the past for technical support but recently some changes have been made and support is easy to get ahold of.
