Pros

Of all the companies I've worked for over the years, Brite stands out for its great work culture and respect for employees. HR have solid processes in place so they hire the right people, and it shows. Everyone I've worked with has been extremely competent and are very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. If you have kids, Brite is also a great place to work. There's never an issue if you need to pick up kids from school or if family circumstance arise.

Cons

Brite is a scale-up so processes are still developing in some areas.

Pros

- Opportunities for growth and professional development - Positive and welcoming workplace culture - friendly colleagues - Working within a dynamic industry (online payments) - Working alongside a team that has a TON of payments industry experience

Cons

The company is scaling and growing quite rapidly, which means it faces some of the usual expected challenges as startups make the transition to become more established companies. In some areas there are processes to be defined as team sizes grow, but also an opportunity to contribute to this.
