Pros

A good reason to work there is to gain experience. Another is that it's nearly impossible to get fired because they can't keep good help

Cons

Low pay, high expectations and poor management. The higher ups are so concerned with money that they don't care how their employees are treated.

Pros

For many years, untill Mr Lee passed it was a great company to work for.

Cons

The management the absentee son put in place has decimated the experienced workforce and put in effect a plan to make it a lower paying, less experienced, easier to replace workforce. It has cost market, morale and reputation.
