Pros

Easy to get hired but complicated at the same time.

Cons

So many cons, so little time to list them all. 1- You have to be careful of the contract you are put on, it could be a subcontract like the RRL program and your "manager" will have little to do with any of it leaving C2 employees to fend for themselves against the company i3. 2- Being subcontracted through a company that has never worked a large government contract before they don't know how to navigate through things and when you question anything they get rid of you. 3- The onboarding is terrible and they just literally throw you to the wolves and let you drown, say nasty things to you because you aren't understanding but that's because of their own negligence. There are so many but that's the top 3.

Pros

Remote work. Exposure to large scale projects.

Cons

Performance expectations were unclear from the start-no measurable metrics or tangible examples of what "meeting expectations" looked like. Feedback was inconsistent and often arrived too late to be actionable. Very short window between being told output needed to increase and being terminated-not enough time for a reasonable turnaround. Lack of investment in employee success.
