Fast growing organization that consistently provides opportunities to grow personally and professionally

Cons

Sometimes slow at managing underperformers up or out of the organization. Field training needs more focus for those coming onto the team.

Pros

CCL does a wonderful job at making sure that they are always gaging their level of service to all of our clients, residents and accounts. They continually seek to improve the operations and focus on the overall experience for our consumer. Additionally, there is such a wonderful sense of community with our internal teams. I feel very valued as an individual here, and find great joy in what I do every day.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about CCL. This has been an overall wonderful experience so far.

Pros

Smarts. Hearts. All the right parts. Compass Community Living is showing the rest of the world, how a company should be run. Attract the best talent. Keep a humble heart. Lead with smart strategies, and take good care of your associates, residents, and communities. It's a simple, winning formula. Why the rest of the world isn't catching on, is a wonder.

Cons

This is knit-picking, but Compass Community Living and Compass Group should streamline the way their online human resources and intranet bits work. It's a very big company – and they are working on it – but if things could be more intuitive, that would be a wonderful improvement.
