I agree!! CHA is a great place to work!! For certain groups, given the nature of their work, the ability to work from home can be tricky. Be sure to have conversations with your manager about it; maybe there is more room to flex if you ask. Most employees at CHA work hybrid schedules; three days in the office, two days home. Perhaps a conversation with your manager will give you better clarity on your schedule and open possibilities for more work from home days. Sometimes you just have to have the conversation.

We pride ourselves on creating and maintaining a collaborative environment. Our people are passionate about what they do and that can lead to disagreements but not power struggles. It’s unfortunate we couldn’t speak before you decided to leave. Sometimes a good discussion leads to resolution and understanding.
