CHG Lives by their CORE VALUES DAILY! I feel supported at all times, challenged and appreciated and very well compensated. We have a true work life balance w/ a lot of flexibility for our daily life.

Cons

The culture is why I'm here, but that same culture allows the "wrong" individuals to take advantage of it. CHG is so paitient & supportive, people who are having a really hard time doing the sales consultant job (its a really hard job) instead of looking for help or being honest with themselves they continue to take from the culture of the company instead of moving on...In turn it can make it hard on leaders who are trying to help them and others suffer because of it.

The people, the culture, the leadership...well most of the leadership. CHG allows you to run your business unit. They give you the autonomy and the authority. I really works...until it doesn't

Cons

When the rare leader leads selfishly, or for their motives that are not in alignment with CHG, it is sometimes very hard to see until they have done real damage.
