Pros
When companies say "we are a family", it usually means the opposite. CPMC is not one of those companies, as they truly treat their employees like family, immediate family at that. The leadership here is phenomenal from the CEO on down. CPMC is a fairly small company, therefore everyone knows each other. What makes this company the best is its focus on employee retention by encouraging learning opportunities and ensuring compatible contract placement.

Even with the instability of the government, there are no cons to present.
