      - Steady income with annual grown no matter the seat you take in this family -Open positions to be able to experience new knowledge and challenges were your guided at all times even if you don't have it planned the offer is sent to everyone you just need to be willing to exit a comfort zone and dive into the great unknown -Discipline and professionalism you might have you own style and its completely accepted although being in the company gives you much more tools and vision to go for more than that
