The company is family owned with an aggressive approach on growth which gives opportunities to everyone for promotion. CRST has a clear Mission State on growth and building a strong organization.

Cons

In the time that I have been with CRST there have been no cons.

Pros

Will train you to get CDL, travel to see the country. Newer (not new) trucks. Hawkeyes community college where you may get trained is top notch.

Cons

Low pay, split pay, high price for schooling, you pay every cent that is paid to get employed. They are the worst company I've worked for in truck.
