      Great company; Changing culture

      Pros

      Overall great company. Culture is being heavily improved by upper level management with the new CEO spearheading this ONECSX initiative.

      Cons

      The last 5-7 years have left some negative lasting effects on those who are still with the company. Between many waves of lay-offs, losing additional people through attrition, the company has been struggling to attract and retain more talent as they recover from the recent years.
