      Pros

      Flexible hybrid environment. Good for early career seekers.

      Cons

      A LOT of people on H1B visas in the US. Not saying that this is bad but I think they should make an effort to hire more Americans.

      Depends on the client but the work environment is not toxic (atleast at US).

      Salary is less and no bonus

      Pros

      You'll get work to build skills with people. Technicalities and processes. Some clients are great, and others are not so great. Can get some interesting projects.

      Cons

      No path is given, kinda like life. You need to take accountability for yourself. Work depends on the business, which is affected by the economy and the "skill set" of the talent.
