      -Good pay -Offered overtime -Good hours -Manageable Work/Life balance

      Cons

      -Wouldn’t know if there was overtime until the last hour or so of work -Wouldn’t know if we’d work weekends until the end of the week -Two shifts merged into one so a lot of people were laid off -Lay offs were almost a year ago, don’t know if they’ll ever call back.
