Not understanding regarding school schedules (I was in high school when I worked here), not supportive in terms of orientation or work environment, and very poor pay. We were constantly understaffed.
Staff put the residents first here. Most of the management has been in place for >5 years so there is stability at the leadership team level. It is rewarding to work in an organization that exists to improve the quality of life for residents at the campus. Good benefits package.
Cons
As a small company, there aren't many layers to the management structure, which has its pros and cons.
