Pros

They have great benefits. Clean and safe environment. Encourage employee time off. Fair pay with yearly bonus and great retirement match package.

Cons

No training for any positions. No opportunities for advancement. No guidelines for each position. Upper management needs to work on employee reviews and guidelines for all positions filled. No employee recognition programs or rewards for outstanding employee performance or a job well done.
