      Very generous PTO and insurance benefits. Management is very supportive and wants to provide resources for employees to grow and thrive both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      Some departments are understaffed, leading to additional workload and occasional overtime work.

      Pros

      CMCA has great benefits and works with their staff to promote flexibility and overall self-care! I have worked for CMCA for 27 years because I love the work I am allowed to do and receive the support that I need to do it well! CMCA's mission is to empower members of the community as well as staff.

      Cons

      The only downside to working at CMCA is that you will never want to leave :)
