      Smart, mission-driven colleagues. AI driven, disruptive technology. Growing and scaling company, with tremendous business upside potential.

      Cons

      A con for some, but a pro for others. Fast-paced, data driven, high performance environment. For those who want to be surrounded by incredibly talented people who deeply care about the mission, and are willing to work hard and collaboratively to make Ceribell successful.

      High Stakes, Big Impact, Good Trajectory

      Pros

      The mission is at the core of what makes Ceribell a great place to work. It attracts top talent who are passionate about the outcomes. Over the years of growth and change, there have been growing pains, and I've seen first-hand the positive impact of aligning goals across teams, and I've seen the primary pain points being addressed.

      Cons

      This environment can be stressful; there's a lot of work to do, and competing priorities. However, for my experience, I've seen first hand and I trust that Sr Leadership has taken feedback to heart to create and sustain meaningful change. Over the past year, I've seen optimization of worfklows, improvements in strategic alignment of goals, in decision-making authority, and responsiveness by Sr Leadership to accurately diagnose their own role in creating some of that burden. I've seen them lift and sustain changes that reduce some of that friction. I'm bought in; there's a lot of work to do, but I feel empowered to make impacts that will lead to positive outcomes for our teams and, ultimately, for the patients that use our product.
