The people on the floor are some of the best people you'll work with. The pay is decent for our area and the opportunities can be had if you look for them.

Cons

Communication has gone downhill. And there can be a lot of overtime and if you don't like that then it would be a con or a pro if you have the motivation to make a bunch of money.

I truly enjoyed my time as a leader in Human Resources at Clearwater Paper. The senior leadership team and CEO have created a great vision anchored in Clearwater Core. A fantastic clearly laid out common culture.
