I was initially drawn to Clyde’s Restaurant Group because of their stated core values — respect and dignity — and I’ve genuinely seen those values upheld from the top down. It was incredibly refreshing to walk into a culture where collaboration, trust, and appreciation exist. The people here work hard and care deeply about what they do, and leadership makes sure that effort is recognized — both individually and as a team. In my role as a corporate graphic designer, I feel supported creatively and respected professionally.
