      There are NO pros. None. Don't work here.

      Too many to list and I don't want to waste anymore of my life thinking about this place. Read other review, I nearly choked on my coffee when I read "will throw you under the bus". I can't tell you how many times I've said the EXACT SAME THING. and she/he's correct.. NO TRAINING. They will tell you "do it like this", the next time "oh you did it wrong, we now do it like this" over and over and over again... GOOD GRIEF. This place is a living HELL.

      Holidays. People that actually work help each other. Supporting the Coast Guard.

      Cons

      Distribution of funds for departments is stuck in the 70’s. Toxic environment. Few capable people pick up the slack.

      Employees and Customers great, Manager not so much. Manager not fair to all employees. Wouldn't recommend this location.

      Pros

      Liked working with our employees and loved servicing our customers. Good work schedule. Good annual and sick leave benefits. Location easy to get to right off the interstate.

      Cons

      Some management had fits of temper and doesn't know how to work with/or treat others. Also doesn't keep promises or their word. Fixes schedule to benefit their needs . A lot of micro management to some people and no management to others. Same rules do not apply to all. Management tends to pick their favorite people to treat better including easier tasks.
