Pros

My boss is very supportive.

Cons

Starting from the top, leadership have no idea how design and the technical works, thus creating confusion. They hire random people to do 1 job and act like a bunch of mean girls and rude to people. No one knows how to do proper writing at an executive level that properly communicates to the other teams we work with. No training supported, you literally doing 2 or more jobs at once. They want you to please everyone, but there’s always someone who doesn’t like the bold or underlining font format. There’s no proper documentation trail, people erase your work, the list can go on. I would stay away from leadership that can never align with anything.
