      There are many chances for growth. The company allows for transactions to other departments in case you feel the need for a more challenging role.

      Cons

      There have been issues with head strong leadership in the past but that seems to be getting fixed with recent restructuring.

      Good place to build experience. You are given the ability to take ownership of new things with minimal supervision. It's easy to look like a superhero because most people coast.

      Cons

      There is a lot of situational amnesia and lack of accountability, leading to a poor corporate culture. The underachievers are treated just like the overachievers, there is no reason to achieve anything.
